  • CrossFit is our General Physical Preparedness program and it is designed for anybody with any level of experience, delivered in person, on-site in a maximum class capacity of 10 per class.
  • Zoom sessions are specifically designed for our those men & women looking to improve their health through better movement and exercise that may have a requirement or desire to do so remotely. This session is delivered alongside our on-site program so you are will be an active part of our community regardless of your physical location.
  • Bookings are ESSENTIAL for ALL SESSIONS. Any session with zero bookings 12 hours before will not be run.
  • Cancellation of your booking requires at least 12 hours notice so we can re-allocate your place to our community. Please understand and respect that in booking your place that another member of the community may miss out, a late cancellation fee of $5 will apply for late cancellations or no-shows
  • To help us run smoothly we ask that you to arrive at least 5 minutes before class times, and we ask that you allow for the full hour to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met upon completion of your session.
  • All sessions have a full warm up and stretch down. These components are essential for the physical preparedness and body care for that is required for a great experience and your progress over the long term. This is super important to us.
  • As we really value your safety, once the session has begun we cannot allow late entry. Please don’t be offended if you are refused.
  • If you are previously injured or need further assistance on certain aspects of your training, please advise the coaches in advance so we can adapt your program as required. We pride ourselves on our ability to do this and is a huge part of our  program and exeperience.
  • Times are subject to change and are designed to suit the needs of our community.
