One-on-One Training is available at CrossFit Eora. You’ll receive one-on-one personal attention, along with individualised advice and a tailored program to achieve your specific goals.
Our friendly, qualified, helpful trainers will advise you on everything from workouts to do outside of training, right through to nutritional advice.
For your first session we will discuss with you your goals and specific individual training needs, as we realise not every ones needs and desires are the same, then we will establish your current fitness level with a baseline work out that is guaranteed to work up a sweat. We will spend quality time with you every single session, not rush you. We will build a relationship with you and work on your goals together.
